England v Australia (1st ODI)

Currently running a position on England, which I will trade, but to be honest I amazed at the current odds available.

Close on Evens the pair with England needing one more wicket to be through to the longish looking tail.

I feel like I am missing something, just not sure what.......................

  1. High Street say spreads midpoint is around 260ish so if they get there will probably be as you were SP.

If they get 260+ I'd say they'll get fair bit lower, Lumpy been on Aus all day hes desperate to not let England get too low unless he absolutely has to!

  2. And by SP I mean 1.75ish, what they started at.

  3. Strange old market. As you say Lumpy been keen on Aussies since the first ball. Haven't found a value point to bail the position as yet, so looks like it is a Punt until Lumpy decides he has had enough (if he does!)

  4. 267 in the end, in my book slightly under par.

I'd have England at 1.9ish to chase them so reckon I am letting the bet ride for the time being.............

  5. No bet here yet..

Need a fast start like theyve had in the T20 WC, I'm not mad keen on Straussy to do that.

Will have a little look before getting involved market loves Aus anyway, Bollinger only bowler who scares me.
