Not used this Blog for ages but because of the Twitter restrictions of 140 Characters, thought I would use it to set out my thoughts for Day 2 at the festival.

Harry the Viking, reckon it will stay the 4 Miles well and only ever seems to just do enough. Not mad keen on Amateur races but at 13/2 willing to have a go Each Way.
14.05
Quite simply think Monksland is banker material. Will be taking the 9/2.
14.40
Grand Crus. Slightly worried about Bob's Worth after his breathing operation, but I'll be gutted if GC get's beat.
15.20
Kauto Stone E/W. Praying the 8 runners go to post as not saying it will win but at the price think it is a knocking E/W bet. Ignore the last run, wouldn't stay that far in a Horse Box.
16.00
Dare Me E/W 5 places at 14/1. Think we see vast improvement from this one today after the couple of prep runs.
16.40
Haven't got the foggiest idea on this race. (Some may say that is already obvious having read the above)
17.15
The New One E/W 4 places. First run over 2 miles and reckon it needs every yard. Feather weight and looks laid out for this to me.
I'll let you know how much I have lost later.
